This makes our third year staying at summerwind and using navarre properties. As usual, this stay didn't disappoint. Resort is family friendly, secure/safe, has clean and beautiful condos, great pool and beach access, and friendly helpful staff.

We had a little hiccup with our washing machine. They responded quickly and were very accommodating.

Our stay was fantastic. The water was gorgeous and the weather absolutely perfect! The Pier is a must do. We were able to see sea turtles and dolphins daily around 5 pm. The condo is very well stocked, however I wish we would have had more towels - we had several kids under 5 that required naps, which required two baths a day. It has beautiful decor and the layout is great. We had a little problem with our washing machine (things happen) and the staff was very friendly and quick to respond. The maintenance guy was knowledgeable and kind and they were all very accommodating so that our fun wasnt disrupted! This was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend Navarre Beach Property as your next vacation rental.

We loved everything!! As soon as I walked in, I knew we had made a good decision on our stay. We loved the decor and view. The location was perfect and easy to access. We would definitely consider staying there again!

The staff was so helpful from start to finish. We had an issue with a item that was left behind and one of the ladies went to the unit herself to try and locate my sons blankie. That right there says alot about Navarre Properties! We make a family trip to FL ever year and I will go through Navarre listings everytime from here on out. Everything was perfect and seemless.

Great communications

Updated appliances was a real plus. Front door lock was difficult to operate, sometimes taking 3 or more times to open (maybe it was just us). Master bedroom ceiling fan light randomly turned off an on by itself.
