In-person team members were friendly and helpful. The ones that called were willing to help with anything! I sent an email one morning and the results were above and beyond my expectations!

The unit was a wonderful place for our family to gather! The balcony was relaxing and spacious! The views of the ocean and pier were amazing!

Everyone that we encountered were friendly and helpful.The ladies at the desk were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. All of the maintenance people were also friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a security guard checking wrist bands. He was also very friendly. Our condo was right next to the Navarre Properties desk. All of the ladies were so pleasant and helpful every time we walked by or needed help. Our condo was well maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. Would definitely recommend it. It was recommended to me by a friend that stays there often. Thanks for a great time! This condo was AWESOME!!! The condo was so well stocked. The beach vibe was definitely given in the way that the condo was decorated (which we all loved)!!! The extra paper towels, toilet paper and liquid hand soap was an extra special touch! The 2 beach chairs on the beach were definitely a plus! We also loved the location of the condo and the covered parking spot! Hope to be back soon!

I was surprised the day after we checked in to get a call, asking if everything was good and if we needed anything.

This was our first time visiting the Navarre Beach area and Summerwinds was the PERFECT location! The views from our beautifully decorated and clean condo were amazing, and it was so close to the pool and the beach. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy and we loved being able to have access to beach service (chairs, umbrellas, etc). We will definitely be back and will share with our friends and family about our new favorite place!

I will always book through Navarre Properties as I have in the past.

Both Beach Colony and Summerwind are the 2 I have stayed with and both are very nice! Loved this unit!! Perfect setup and accommodates nicely!
