The property is well maintained and beautiful. Two small issues were that the hot tub behind our condo didn't get hot. Maintenance fixed it, but that lasted for a day and it went cold again. Luckily, there are 2 more hot tubs on property. Chair service is included, but even though the unit sleeps 8, only 2 chairs come with it. We brought our own so that was fine, but the other family that was with us did not. No major issues that really affected our visit though. We had an amazing time.
We came to just relax on the beach, but ended up taking an amazing dolphin tour, visiting the best zoo we've ever been to, and heading over to Fort Walton to the Gulfarium. My daughter got to have a penguin encounter. My fiance' went on a deep sea fishing excursion, and then we were lucky enough to catch a Blue Angel's practice! One of our days, we drove down towards Pensacola and pulled over at one of the more secluded beach areas and had the entire beach to ourselves. It was the best vacation ever.

I loved that this property had all the essentials we would need. We made a few family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen and used the cooler for a family picnic. There were even 4 buckets and shovels for crab hunting, so we grabbed a bucket and paired up into teams to do some competitive crab hunting! We had a blast at this property.
This unit was immaculate. Loved being on the first floor and having a private parking space. Apparently you also get one hour per day to paddleboard for free, which we weren't aware of until the last day, but none of us would have done it anyway. The view of the pier and ocean was amazing! It also had plenty of room for our two small families.
