Father’s Day and National Giraffe Day at the Gulf Breeze Zoo

This June, The Gulf Breeze Zoo has planned two special occasions. On June 18, in celebration of Father`s Day, fathers will be treated to a complimentary beer as they explore the zoo`s fascinating animal exhibits. Later, on June 21, the zoo invites everyone to participate in World Giraffe Day!

Navarre Beach’s 4th of July Fireworks 2023

Tuesday July 4th 2023, 9:00pm – 9:30pm

Celebrate the 4th of July on Navarre Beach with family and friends! Fireworks display begins at 9 p.m. from the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Bring a blanket and chairs to enjoy the show.

Pensacola Beach Air Show 2023

July 5-8, 2023

Locals and visitors from all over look forward to the annual Pensacola Beach Air Show held in the summer. The show highlights our hometown heroes – the Blue Angels – the U. S. Navy`s flight demonstration squadron stationed at Forrest Sherman Field aboard Naval Air Station Pensacola. Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge 2023 Summer Camps

June 5-9 & 12-16, July 17-21, July 24-28
For nature loving kids ages 8 to 13. Children will learn hands-on, STEAM and inquiry-based curriculum that encourages investigation and lasting learning experiences. Registration fee includes t-shirt, reusable water bottle, and all camp supplies. Trash Bash with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center

Help protect sea turtles and other imperiled species through a citizen science program that allows volunteers to take an active role in the war against marine debris. Volunteers collect trash from different areas along the 4.5 miles of Navarre Beach and record data that is forwarded to state and federal agencies. Meet in the main Navarre Beach Parking Lot near the Sand Crab Pavilion. Limited supplies of gloves, buckets and pickers are provided, or bring your own. Clear Bottom Kayak Tours

Tours on Saturdays June through September 2023
Explore and discover Navarre Beach Reef with a 45 minute Clear Bottom Kayak Tour of the Gulf Side Reef. From Sea Oat Pavilion parking lot. Shark School at the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center

Select Dates in Summer

Explore local gulf coast sharks, shark biology, and shark conservation. Shark school participates receive: Introduction class to sharks of the Gulf of Mexico, shark arts and crafts, shark tooth treasure hunt, a certificate of completion, and early entrance to the NBSTCC. Emerald Coast Poker Run

August 11th & 12th, 2023
Powerboats, fishing boats, pleasure boats, and all in between, will fill the Destin Florida waterways for one of the largest and most popular charity poker runs in the USA! Bands on the Beach

Pensacola Beach`s popular outdoor summer concert series, Bands on the Beach, features a lineup of performers sure to please every musical taste. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the pavilion area. Music starts at 7 p.m.
