While you are visiting the area this summer don’t miss out on the 24th Annual Navarre Fun Fest. Held each year on Navarre Beach, the festival offers fireworks, arts and crafts, live entertainment all weekend, a children’s areaand plenty of food. The festival hours are Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. with fireworks at dark and Sunday, May 18 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. There will also be a 5K walk/run. The run is Sunday, May 18, at 7:30 a.m. The course is out and back 3.1 miles along Gulf Boulevard. All post race activities, including awards will take place on the Fun Fest festival grounds. The entry fee is $17 for early registration post marked by May 2, $20 through May 16, and $25 on race day.
